As a noted business turnaround specialist Ann has worked with accredited educational institutions to improve their financial strength through operational efficiency, infusing innovative degree programs and re-engineering business practices. She has also led the development of a SaaS platform, two mobile applications as well as the integration of SIS and HRIS systems. She has assisted in the due diligence and acquisition of Universities and has provided consultative support for private equity and venture capital firms. |
