Ann began her career as a consultant at Coopers & Lybrand, today referred to as PWC. As a noted business turnaround specialist Ann has worked with accredited educational institutions to improve their financial strength through operational efficiency, infusing innovative degree programs and re-engineering business practices. She has also led the development of a SaaS platform, two mobile applications as well as the integration of SIS and HRIS systems. She has assisted in the due diligence and acquisition of Universities and has provided consultative support for private equity and venture capital firms. |
Executive Leadership, Growth & Transformation Specialist focused on Value Creation:
Bob began his career at Procter & Gamble, first in product engineering and operations management, then in brand management where he led business growth and operational scale initiatives. Bob transitioned into Higher Education as part of the team that pioneered the first cloud delivered eLearning Platform, eCollege, acquired by Pearson Education, then continued to rack up success in key executive leadership roles across the education industry. Today, as a transformation specialist in higher education, Bob is expert at accelerated growth tracks, operational optimization and scale, financial vitality, organizational sustainability, business and brand revitalization, and new program/product launch. |

Debra built her operational and financial expertise on a comprehensive platform of accounting, HR and administrative responsibilities. Debra’s history of working her way through “the ranks” of a diverse selection of companies, in various industries, has created a unique skill set for evaluating and developing accounting, operational and administrative process flow, while acting as a catalyst for organizational change and creating systems that are necessary to meet the changing demands of an organization. She has been responsible for the re-engineering process flow, system development, and development of scalable integration methodologies for all administrative functions, resulting in higher efficiency and lower costs. |
Meet the Associates
Dr. Beverly Bonaparte, PhD, ANP, RN, FAAN
Dr. Bonaparte led the growth and development of graduate and undergraduate nursing programs at several universities, provided leadership as the Chief Nurse Executive for the largest public hospital system in the US in New York City and, made significant contributions to international nursing education and healthcare. Her combined leadership, policy, and research experience made her a strong advocate for linkages between national, regional and international nursing and non-nursing organizations as evidenced by her work in west and southern Africa, the Caribbean, and several countries across the globe. She served on the Board of Trustees of universities, hospitals, non-profit organizations, and government agencies and in each instance, her healthcare and education expertise contributed to policy initiatives and added a nursing voice to the deliberations. Beverly earned a masters and PhD in nursing from New York University and completed the Adult Nurse Practitioner program at the State University of New York @ Stonybrook. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing and was a Senior Fulbright Scholar alum. |
Dr. Tami Little, DNP, RN, CNE
Dr. Tami Little is committed to excellence in nursing education and practice through balanced leadership, strategic advancement, and continuous quality improvement. As an experienced nurse educator, Tami has facilitated student learning and managed academic programs at various levels including practical, associate, baccalaureate, and master degree programs. Tami is passionate about nursing education and consistently implements creative strategies to advanced nursing programs and mentor academic leaders and instructors to provide the highest quality education. Tami holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with a focus on systems leadership from Rush University in Chicago, IL. She received a Master of Science in Nursing with a major in nursing education from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arizona. She is licensed as a Registered Nurse in several states and maintains certification as a Certified Nurse Educator. |
Dr. Dorothy Patterson Bethea, Ed.D., MPA, OTR-L
Dr. Dorothy Peterson Bethea, occupational therapist, administrator and author has over 40 years in the health field of occupational therapy. Her career encompasses clinical practice in physical rehabilitation, teaching management and leadership content; serving as administrator in higher education, and community program development. She has expertise in national accreditation and has worked nationally and internationally as a curriculum consultant including strategic planning, curriculum design, program planning and evaluation in occupational therapy. She firmly believes that “strategic planning yields extraordinary results.” Dorothy earned a doctoral degree in Education from Argosy University with a concentration in Curriculum and Instruction, a Masters of Public Affairs from UNC-Greensboro focused on Health Policy, and a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from University of Alabama-Birmingham. She also has training as a leadership fellow. |
CAROL M. PATTON, Dr.PH, FNP-BC, CRNP, CNE, Healthcare Informatics Certificate, Parish Nurse
Dr. Carol Patton has been a nurse clinician and nurse educator for the past 45 years working in large and small as well as not-for-profit healthcare systems and academic institutions. Carol was a pioneer in online learning and distance education using a multiplicity of learning management platforms. She is proficient in developing, implementing, and practicing tele-health and informatics for nurses, as well as nursing students, and other health care professionals. Carol subscribes to a culture of excellence and helping new as well as established nursing and health science programs adhere to regional and national educational standards as well as meet professional standards and accreditation guidelines the first time and every time! Carol earned a doctoral degree from the University of Pittsburgh (1995) with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration, a Master of Science in Nursing from West Virginia University (1980), a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from The Pennsylvania State University (1975), Healthcare Informatics Certificate from Drexel University (2012), and a Post Master's Certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) (1995) from West Virginia University. |
Paul Pari - Financial Aid Subject Matter Expert
Paul Pari has over 30 years of hands-on school experience in proprietary institutions and colleges financial aid departments. For the last 20 years, he worked as the Vice President of Compliance and Training for a nationally recognized third-party servicer of financial aid. His responsibilities at the third-party servicer included financial aid regulatory compliance, client services, technical assistance, review of financial aid files, and training of client financial aid administrators. Paul regularly conducted online and on-site Financial Aid Regulatory Workshops around the country to help clients remain current with all new financial aid, accreditation, and compliance regulations. Paul Pari earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College in New York City, NY. He is currently a member of the New York State Financial Aid Administrators Association (NYSFAAA). |
