What is a Subscription?
A subscription is the ability to contract a Subject Matter Expert(s) (SME) from our team of skilled executives and academicians to plan and coach your team members to execute a strategy focused on accelerating your school’s path to growth and long-term sustainability. Institutions can subscribe at a fixed number of hours and cost per month to provide the optimal balance of value between your goals, time and budget in a flexible manner.
Why a Subscription?A subscription is valuable when leadership wants to drive a strategy or initiative forward which moves beyond the existing day-to-day time, talent, or resources available internally.

How does it Work?Your chosen team member will be assigned an SME that will provide guidance and oversight to drive initiatives to successful completion. Depending on the level of effort, institutions can select 5 to 20 hours of monthly dedicated support.
